Ever felt a little overwhelmed at the thought of having to make one big perfect birthday cake? We have too! And yes, you can buy it, but it's so much fun preparing with a little help from your very own little princess. At some of the more recent parties we've attended, we've noticed a new trend where mums have made lots of little cupcakes, and arranged them on a cake board as a substitute for having one big cake.
We think this is a great idea because there's no need for knives, the kids can get stuck into eating the cake quickly, and... well it looks pretty too!
